All orders placed with high stock availability will delivered within 5 business days
Order confirmation
When you submit your order to us, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it.
Shipping Options
The cost of shipping is determined by what is in your basket. The shipping options & respective calculated costs will be displayed at the checkout stage, this is based on the weight of your basket. If you want to know the price of shipping, add the items you require to the basket and click checkout. Complete the information as required, email address etc and then click check out. This will bring you to the payment screen where total sale amount including shipping is displayed. Clicking the BUY button will finalise your transaction & complete your purchase.
As a guide, items under 10Kg to major cities on economy would cost approximately R75.00.
The shipping options are,
EWC - ONX (Overnight - Delivery before 11am next day; main centres only)
EWC – BAC (Budget - light items – Air Cargo - Delivery 24-48 hours)
EWC – ECO (Economy - For heavier goods – Road Freight 24-72 hours)
How Long Does it take?
Shipping to Major cities is usually 24 hrs from the time that the order is dispatched. So if an order is placed early in the morning (before 11) and there is stock readily available you should receive your product the next day.
Shipping outside of Major cities can add an extra day or two to the delivery time, it all depends on how remote your delivery address is.
Shipping is door to door!
Please note that our shipping preference is to a physical address and not to a PO Box.
Shipping confirmation
You will then receive a second email from us as soon as your order has been shipped. This second email should include tracking information.
All orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped the day that we receive them depending on stock availability. Saturday delivery can be arranged by contacting us and is an extra charge. We do not accept international orders.
Orders submitted on a weekend
Weekend orders are shipped on Monday. Please contact us if you do not receive a second email from us within 4 business days confirming shipment of your order
